David Williams offers a personal and unique perspective on a story which has defined him as a journalist for the last quarter century.

On November 14, 2016 North Wales Police ex-Chief Superintendent Gordon Anglesea was jailed for 12 years. He had been found guilty of historical sexual abuse of young boys dating back to the 80s. In a special programme David Williams, who was responsible for bringing the North Wales child abuse story to light in the 1990s, offers a personal and unique perspective on a story which has defined him as a journalist for the last quarter century. To those who were not believed by the authorities for 25 years, the effort to find the truth has, literally, been the death of some.
