Guto Meredydd and the pupils of Hafod Lon School prepare for a very special Christmas concert at Portmeirion.

Christmas is a special time for us all, but for a group of youngsters from Hafod Lon additional needs School in Penhryndeudraeth, it is even more magical this year as they prepare for an unique Christmas concert. They will be staging their concert just down the road in the stunning surroundings of Portmeirion village. The Hafod Lon children shine on stage and one of the stars is Guto Meredydd, a real character who is a natural entertainer. His personality and humour is so endearing as he takes responsibility for the preparations. Guto recruits the local school, Ysgol Cefn Coch to join in and two familiar faces turn up to surprise the children – Dewi Pws who lends a hand with Guto’s presenting skills and singer Elin Fflur who teams up with the girls to perform a beautiful carol.
